Questions & Concerns

  • Why buy from you, what makes you so unique? Any marketing professional worth their salt will tell you that learning a new market is the hardest, and most extended phase of creating a great campaign. Private school enrollment marketing is the only thing we do, so when you work with us, you fast track to success and skip over the learning phase.  
  • What happens if I wait? No matter who manages your campaign, there is a ramp-up period. While our ramp-up period will be shorter than that of anyone else and will generate inquiries within 7-10 days of launching, it takes a few months until they are producing the best inquiries for the lowest cost.
  • Who are you guys anyways? Along with being digital marketing experts, our leadership team is made up of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and sought-after private school management consultants in the world.
  • Are there any long-term contracts? We don’t ask you to make any long-term commitments. It’s on us to make sure you are happy and seeing value from our services, or you can cancel anytime.
  • How much does it cost, are there any hidden fees? We can’t offer a quote until we do a needs-assessment with you, but in general, for a Facebook campaign to yield results, you should be able to spend at least a few thousand dollars over the year.
  • How do I present this to my team/board? You shouldn’t, that’s our job. These concepts are usually new to people running private schools, and we are happy to provide a live demonstration to your team or board to ensure that you can make a decision from the point of clarity.  


  • Do you manage our website? That depends. Many of our clients do use their Hubbli marketing platform as their main site, but this is not a requirement. If you want to keep your main website separate, that's no problem. Everything we do will happen on your Hubbli marketing platform.
  • How much of my time will this require? To get your campaign up and running we need a minimum of 15 minutes of your time to ensure we have access to your Facebook ads manager account. Beyond that, you just need to show up to tours we book for you. 
  • What if I don’t have a Facebook page/account? After signing up for our services, we will schedule a welcome call that will last 15 minutes, and during that call, we will walk you through creating any accounts you need. From that point, there is nothing you need to worry about.
  • Does your price include the cost of running the ads? The cost of running the ads is paid directly to Facebook through your Facebook account. You are in control of how much and how often you want to pay Facebook for the ads. We will advise you on how much you should spend, and this is different for every school, but we suggest planning for at least $300/mo for the first three months. These fees are not included in the prices you pay to us for designing and managing your campaign.  
  • What if my website needs to be redone? We can manage your website from top to bottom, and ensure it meets web design best-practices, has top-tier security in place, and is optimized for being found easily on Google.
