Phase 1 – Getting started
After you purchase the Admissions Workflow Template we’ll import it into your Hubbli site.
Then, we set up daily 30-minute coaching sessions and work with you (usually for one week) to customize the workflow with updates to address your school’s distinct requirements.
The first meeting will be for planning, where we’ll capture your schools’ unique requirements.
Phase 2 – Getting it all setup
Then we work together through a series of coaching sessions until every step of your enrollment process is complete.
We’ll accomplish this by configuring the following Hubbli features:
- Digital Forms
- Automated Emails
- Staff Task Management
- Appointment & Events
- Admissions Status Reports
Phase 3 – Going to the spa
After it’s setup, Hubbli will automatically move your prospective families through the admissions process, notifying you when you need to take action.
Aside from in-person phone calls and meetings, the most you should have to do is click ‘Approve.’
And if you ever want to see the status of all prospective parents, Hubbli Workflows gives you that information right in your dashboard.
