At Hubbli.com our goal is to create a community for schools and other youth organizations, families and other end-users to manage and communicate with their clubs, teams and other organizations of which they are a part. Hubbli.com provides customizable online hubs which may include event calendars, notifications and registration tools, communication tools, collection of dues and other payments via third-party online payment service providers (the “Services”).

We know that you care about how your personal information is handled and protected and commit ourselves to making your privacy a top priority.

This is the Privacy Policy of the Hubbli.com website located at www.hubbli.com (together with our affiliates and subsidiaries, “Hubbli”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) and our related products and Services (the “Site”). It describes the information that we collect from users of our Site (“Users”) as part of the normal operation of our Site, and how we use and disclose this information.   By accepting the Privacy Policy in registration or by visiting and using the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Hubbli.com recommends that parents or guardians supervise the use of the Site and the Services by their minor child. Your Profile and Online Activity

While private hubs can be created and sharing limited, certain sections of the Site are public forums. You should be aware that information which you voluntarily include and transmit online in an public forum sections of the Site may be viewed and used by others according to your privacy settings without any restrictions. We are unable to control such uses of your information once it is shared with others, and by using public areas of the Site you assume the risk that the information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties for any number of purposes.

When you register on the Site, you create a profile (“Profile”) and privacy settings. You may post information about yourself on your Profile, such as your age, gender, geo-location, a biography, a photo and a link to a website. Your User ID, but not your email address, will be visible to those in your group/hub. You may also upload content to your Profile. Your Profile will be displayed on the Site and will be visible to those in your group/hub. If you include personal information in your Profile you should be aware that such information can be read, collected, or used by other Users and groups as you select in your privacy settings.  Once this data it shared, it could be used improperly and for purposes that you may not intend. Please remember that any information disclosed in the course of using the Site becomes available to others; accordingly, you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

You may modify or remove any of the information in your Profile at any time by logging into your account and making the desired changes. For technical reasons, any modifications or deletions which you request may take a short period of time to take effect. If you change or delete any of your personal information, we will remove the old or deleted information; however, we may keep such information archived beyond this point in time pursuant to our records retention policy.

Security:

This site has reasonable and appropriate security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
