How It Works
You have an initial kick-off meeting where we gather all the information we need to setup your system. You dump it on us and and take it away and set it all up in your Hubbli system. If you don’t have the time to even gather all of the information, don’t worry, just give us the logins to the tools you are using and we’ll export everything and prepare the migration ourselves. Forms, databases, invoices, website, everything.
Whenever you need something, you just ask for it and we’ll do it. Whether it’s a new form, an attendance report, a new webpage to promote a special event, add a new family to the database, create a report, anything.
It goes into our internal creation and review process, and when it’s ready for you to approve, we’ll send it to you. If it’s not exactly how you want it, you just tell us what changes to make, and we’ll put it back through our internal update and review process and send it back for your approval.

How much does this cost?
The price is broken up into two parts, a one-time setup fee, and an ongoing service fee.
The one-time setup fee is $1,999.
The ongoing service depends on a few factors because, while we obviously need to be paid for delivering value, we want to make sure that we set the price in an appropriate way for your budget and situation.
